i wonder how a leader can be so powerfully patient?they look tough on the outside, but on the inside, who knows?but i am guessing they are strong on both the sides! :)
i mean, when someone be a leader, they are taking a very great responsibility.they have to handle so many things.so many people to manage.it's very convenient when people stand by you, support you in every possible way,but not everyone will be the same right?i think,it's ok to argue A BIT,if you are sure the thing that you argue about is true.and if you really have a very good reason to debate a bit, then go for it.but do it in a proper way.like talk personally.now we have so many convenient methods of communication, all in a fingertips.pakai je handphone to anta msg kat fb ke ape ke.tapi knape nak lawan2 and kutuk2 besar2an kan?if you think you are right, then why you want all the publicity you can get to support your argument right?what i am trying to say here is,kalau ade bende nak cakap,or rase xbetol,DO IT IN A PROPER WAY.people will listen.maybe they don't response to you in a blink of an eye, because maybe they have a really pack schedules that you didnt know how fatigue they can get.so be patient.and again,DO IT IN A PROPER WAY.im just saying :)
to all leaders out there,be strong!people choose you because they know what you are capable of.people don't pick someone who they can't trust.they don't simply set up a legacy with a bad, terrible leader.they need a leader who can change something for them,in a good way of course.they want a leader who can fight for their needs, who can stand by their side and speaks what they think is right.a lot of challenges you'll face.more beban to tanggung.you just have to carry all of them on your shoulders.so whatever happens, stay strong!always be a good leader, who can change the legacy,at least.
and why am i talking about this whole leader thing?don't ask me!haha
today i ate a lot of kfc until my stomach couldnt tahan already.
i want to make a soup to make my gastro-intestinal system feels good again.so,bye now!
salam :)
