reluctancy to maggi.

Alhamdulillah, I am full now, as in happily-content-and-very-grateful full!

happy Saturday everyone!

this morning i woke up out of bed, being intruded by the smell of Mei Yee's cooking which at first i didn't have any idea of what she was cooking until she told me she used a tom yum cube to make, well needless to say, tom yum of course.first it smelled to me like there's garlic and onions if my nose perceived the smell well.so i guessed, well, maybe she was cooking some Chinese soup or something because she sometimes likes to cook her own traditional food, out of the blue.then i walked out of my room to heat up the heater in my shower room and was intrigued by my own inner self to have something good for my system.if i have cut to the chase, which i am going to because time is my greatest enemy, i will tell you that i finally cooked something good for myself and my house mates if they want to try some of my cooking, today.
so i made this awesome mushroom spaghetti (okay, well not really spaghetti because i don't have any spaghetti in my kitchen) mee hoon. did i make myself clear? okay let me explain. i made mushroom red sauce spaghetti (again, it's mee hoon but for the sake of understanding, allow me to use 'spaghetti' instead). i combined every type of mushrooms i could get in my fridge, so it was a combination of Shitake mushroom and oyster mushroom with traditional Kimball mushroom sauce. i added tomatoes to give it a sour taste but since i have high treshold for sour,i added lots of them. what else? i put in carrots and garnished it with parsley too. well, other things, i altered to suit the taste and i am guessing you would know what to add to make a cooking works like throw in salts, peppers etc. etc. ? yes.you do that. think on your own because i am too lazy to write a recipe here.well,it's worth the hustle!it was magically awesome!i said magically because i am all out,so i have to deal with some substitutions here and there for being all out.so yeah.it was magically awesome,if i say so myself.thank God my cooking skill hasn't dimmed out just yet.
i will, sooner or later show you the photos i took just now, if Allah wills. Alhamdulillah, Allah gives me few minutes rest from stressful study before i go back to the stressful study. okay okay, NOT as stressful as i will loss my hair every few minutes or so, just, hurm, let me put up this way,it is unorganized. yes. that's more like it.

um-huh.
don't you dare comment on my bad lighting and the mess around the inner side of the bowl.
I wasn't going to win a cookery competition in the least.

i love my Camelbak so very much.
to tell you the truth, the brand didn't come to my acknowledgement not until Ismat came up with it and tell me things about it.
well, seeing how he explained about i with such an avidity, made me bought it without any second question or mental confusion.

my stomach is happy, i am happy, so i guess i am good to go.

p.s : if you want to belittle me and think that my cooking today was over-rated by my over-estimated-own-self explanations of it, well you may say i should cut down the chillies because it made my sauce terribly spicy (even though i loved it so much). being said that, i would smile happily if you just keep the comment to yourself, be a silent and no-judging reader of my blog. I'd appreciate that.
